Screening: Marija Tosheva “Rights Not Violence”Please join us for an screening and discussion of “Rights Not Violence: Sex
Workers in Eastern Europe,” a documentary about the dignity and secure of sex
workers in Macedonia. The film is the result of a collaboration of Healthy
Options Project Skopje (HOPS), a Macedonian harm reduction center for with sex
workers and drug users, and Brooklyn-based Witness (witness.org). Tosheva is
the program director at HOPS.

anthology of stories by students at Harvey Milk High School, the New York LGBTQ
public high school. These first time authors will be reading their lives and
dreams and plans, and sharing stories about love and sex, family and fitting,
tattoos and reincarnation.

The film “Very Young Girls (2007, 80 minutes)” is an expose on the sex
trafficking of New York teenagers. Please join folks from the Gabriela Network
(www.gabnet.org) for a screening of the film and a discussion about building a
community of global sisters dealing with sex trafficking.
